The Barista named Taylor had such a great demeanor. I know Starbucks employees are generally this way but this was different.... Heard me give my order and was attentive, polite, addressed me by name when asking follow up questions. Unbelievably fast inreceiving my drink. Read more

Love this Starbucks location inside the Torrance Target! The staff are all extremely helpful, quick and genuinely nice. I... actually drive a bit out of my way each morning, just to go here (rather than sitting in my old car at a drive-thru spot). Greatjob! Keep up the good work! Read more

Coffe was fine but service EXTREMELY slow (only 2 coffee orders were ahead of me) and I did not receive points towards star... dash, even though membership was scanned twice. Was told I?d have to wait 15 MORE mins to get receipt copy to submit for pointcredit. Still dealing with Starbucks customer service to fix. Far from my favorite store, would have been worth the drive to goto others nearby. Read more

If you want to find the best grilled cheese sandwich, look no further. Whenever I'm craving a super Starbucks crispy cheese... sourdough sandwich, I immediately head to this Starbucks and the other one in Pedro. For $5 and some change, they stuff in amountain of mozzarella between buttery bread that is coated with it's own later of crispy cheese spread a top the sourdoughbread. Tammy likes to keep the line going and the customer experience fun. Which is great especially during the busy hours.There's so many things to try outside of the grilled cheese though. Oh, and by the way, they close at 9pm and 8pm. Thanks againTammy. Read more

Frankly this location has some of the dumbest employees I've ever experienced. We tried it when it first opened and the service... was bad, but they seemed to be lacking management. We tried it again today for the first time since it opened. The cashierdidn't seem to understand that they even sold drinks, we ordered iced coffees (not hard at all) and the barista kept startingother drinks instead of finishing anything until I asked for ours to be done since I could see them sitting there, and mine wassupposed to have sea salt foam and instead I just had salted coffee with a mess of cream on top. It's not a hard job, I don'tknow what's wrong with this location. I got my money back and left. I think they need a visit from corporate ASAP. Read more
