Not even a star. I was picking up the sandwiches that I ordered on the app and was yelled at by rudest employee. He was yelling... at me like I was stealing them. He told me to bring the bag over the counter and told me to show my name on the app whileeveryone was watching me. I never had this horrible and embarrassing experience anywhere before. And I came home, found allfootlong are cut half and individually wrapped with only one paper and all the sauces were leaked out. I made it sure to wrapthem with at least two papers on the memo at the app. Very rude and unprofessional work and service. I had lived in south bayover 20 years and will never come here. And I won't recommend this place to anyone. One more incident before, an employeesneezed with hand on her nose while making sandwich in front of me a year ago here. December 6 2022 Tuesday 6:00 online order, girl with blue hair. Customer service is horrible. I got in to pick up. I asked with... my name and the girl didnt even look back and said in a rude voice that its on the tack. Disappointing. They got my order wrong.I ordered the chicken bacon ranch with extra olives no spinach. What do i get? No olives, spinach on my sub and so little ranchi cant even see it. Read more
