The management of this store is absolutely horrible. It took several minutes for me to be able to order because the employee... kept walking away and talking to other customers. I paid $10.08 for three soft tacos and a Baja Blast when all 3 of my tacos aremostly tortilla with barely any meat, veggies or cheese. It should be full, full enough the cheese gets everywhere like howevery other tacobell makes it. Barely three years ago that establishment knew how to actually function as a store. I don't knowwho's in charge now, but you need to train your employees in better customer service and how to actually make a soft taco. Also,I had to inform an employee of the huge spilled soda mess in the dining section after it had been there for several minutes.Another incident, previous to today, employees were swearing at each other about management so its not just us who see how badlythis store is currently being ran. Horrible service I went at about 1:45 am they were supposed to close at 2am. They literally ignored me in the drive thru until... it was time for them to close just because they didn't feel like serving me. Then when I knocked on the window the girl saidthey were out of ground beef. I told her I wanted chicken then she said they were out of chicken too. Worse taco bell ever!!! Read more

I placed an online order which specifies exactly what I wanted, and none of the extra items that I paid for were inside the... burrito or the crunchwrap! On top of this, I asked for 20 packets of taco sauce, and they only gave me six. If I am indicating20 packets, I'm expecting to receive 20 packets. How difficult can it be to follow directions?! Probably the worst experience ordering food ever. Nothing was heated up. Chalupa bread was as if you were eating a gyro, not... even soggy, just like it was pulled out of the bag, and thrown together, never toasted/warmed up. The quesadilla was my personalfavorite, THE CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED!!!!!! Like not at all. DISGUSTING FOOD QUALITY. A SHAME TO THE NAME. Read more
