Good food, great value
Well? I had my kids in the car and I forgot to order one of the kids items. The 5 yo can change his mind a bit. When I got to... the window I was told that I could not adjust my order. I could not add an item or do a separate sale for an item. I just neededanother taco for goodness sake. I was told I would have to drive around and go back through the drive through again. There wereno other cars in the drive through. I asked the employee to clarify and they said it again. I asked if I could see my card realquick before she rang it up and just drove away. I can?t wait until she has kids?. I am not going back to that Taco Bellagain. I was able to make everyone happy next door at weinerschnizel. And they were very nice there. Read more
They don't even deserve 1 star. The restaurant was close for dine in, after 5 minutes been ignored in front of the door, they... told me only drive thru. I'm a truck driver and they wanted me to go to the drive thru with a semi and a 28foot trailer for themget my order. The RGM Angelica is really rude. She yells at her employees in front of customers. I would recommend trying the other stores in... the area. Also, Employees need to be trained on politeness and customer service !!! Read more
Just came here I purchased two tacos and two freezes... 19 dollars okay?! Seems high so whatever drive off, friends I ats his... taco I go for mine and bam it's empty.... Literally all the inner contents were out of it before I touched it then go back to betold oh well it is how you grabbed the taco.... Very disappointed by the quality of the food. The chalupas I ordered had little to no beef, the main ingredient was lettuce. And... they were cold. My quesadilla had almost no cheese, seems like they only put enough cheese to hold the tortillas together. Theonly reason I?m giving them one star is because the customer service was good. Read more
THIS LOCATION HAS HAD A "BULLET HOLE" IN THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER FOR MONTHS. That SHOULD tell you all you need to know about this... location. I travel to further locations just to avoid the terrible quality of food at this location which is in my area. Read more
