THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! The manager Rosie has the worse attitude and speaks poorly to her employees. The soda machine was broke so... the liquid that it poured tasted like a new, undiscovered variant of COVID. And there was no sign to tell people that themachine was out of order. This particular Wing Stop needs new management and a workshop in excellent customer service. Read more

This is for the unhygienic working staff on 7/9 between my order of 6-7:30 pm. One of the cooks on the line doesn?t care about... hygiene. I watched him on his phone, changed his music with his black cell phone and blue speak box hanging by the paper towels.As he and the cashier were chatting. Then he went right back to touching food. Cell phones/purses are said to be dirtier than apublic toilet. Just FYI. As for my wrong order. The cashier was condescending when I stated that my order is cold and my friesare soggy. She said with attitude it?s been sitting there for hours bc I never came to pick it up. When I showed her my receiptthat it?s their fault, I placed on online order. Scheduled pickup at 645pm. I walk in at 6:38pm. So I?m early. Food cold, andshe still handed me the bag expecting me to walk away with cold food. She didn?t even apologize for her attitude, didn?t offer asolution, I had to ask that they remake my order, and when they remade it, it came out WRONG and I didn?t notice until I gothome. Granted they gave me extra fries for having to wait for my remake, but I paid and got jipped on my meal versus what I paidfor. I?ve called 5 times now and don?t get an answer from staff. I was the only customer in the lobby when he started remakingmy order. They had 3 on the line and one cashier. It was not busy. And for my order to come out wrong, and less than what I paidfor, shows it was intentional. Read more
