The guy who was at the register was extremely creepy. He was nice at first, asking us how we felt about the price increases, and... we politefully replied that we couldn't change prices. He continued with "did you hear that china is strengthening their army?"And started forwarning about a war. He then said "all we can do is prepare" and have us this story about preparation. We did notrespond to any of this, and my daughter was severely creeped out. Please train your staff to watch their words, becausehonestly, this man was weird. Read more
Took two new kids for the first time ever and they enjoyed it very much. This location is busy but still everything was quick.
So the manager there was excellent but it was the staff after she walked away that was not,I went to asked for some zesty onion... rings sauce and the worker ignoring me that was at the counter . and on top of that they had some one there praying forbugs.This was the Burger King in Torrington CT, and I will be calling corporate about this Read more

This place timing is off . It says 630 to 10 and the dinning doors are still closed and worker is mopping floor and not letting... no one in and laughing many people where in that parking lot upset . This place here looks like the workers do what they want . Read more

Used to be decent prior to the ?Rona. Now it is closed for dining inside, but somehow safe for drive-through. Burger King?s app... neglects to notify you that the place is locked for pick up. Now you get to balance your greasy meal on your lap in the parkinglot and spill a milkshake onto your upholstery. Read more
This rating is purely on the service and not quality of food, because it's fast food and therefore more or less the same at any... location. Now, that being said, I'm going with a 3 star review after plenty of visits and plenty of time to think onit. Starting with the publicly known, yes, if you are looking for "fast" food, this is not the place to look. If you can affordto spend at LEAST 15 minutes in the drive through, that's fine. Doesn't matter what time you pull through, it will always beslow. That would have been my only complaint, but I got some lunch there today before work. Pulled in around 12, left around12:15ish. (Drivethru) I ordered an impossible whopper meal with no cheese (non meat sandwich for those that don't know) with aniced coffee. (I'm not vegan, just trying to go easy on the red meat here and there). Coffee was fine. But the burger they gaveme was not the right burger. Was a meat burger with bacon for some reason(?) And the bacon was pretty stiff. And it hadcheese. Now, again, it's fast food, so you get what you pay for. But if they're in such a rush that they need to toss anyavailable burger into the next customers bag, I'd say steer clear in case you're lactose intolerant or have any allergies. Andthey ask if you want cheese when you order the impossible whopper, too. So again food? Exactly what you'd expect from a "fastfood" place. Service? Less than optimal. Read more
