The staff have no idea what they?re doing at all. Very sloppy, unorganized, it was 6:30 pm on a Friday night and they had... nothing. No beans, they weren?t making anymore. Not on point with refilling steam table. My portions were so tiny and then a tonof steak. I got 3 bowls and all 3 were horrible. $53 on garbage. The counter is disgusting as well, doesn?t look like it wascleaned once all day. Good everywhere, the bottoms of the bowls were dirty with food stuck to them from the counter. Read more
This location has come a long ways since they first opened, which is expected when a new restaurant opens up. Staff is very... friendly and I love the drive thru feature for mobile orders. This is the fastest way to order Chipotle. No more waiting inline! Download their app or use their website and place your order. (Sometimes there are coupons like buy one get one in the appand ordering off the app saves your points so you can get future free items!) You can choose to pick up in the drive thru orhave your order delivered and for what time using the chipotles app. The app/website also saves previous orders so you caneasily add previously ordered items to future orders with just a click of a button! :) Order when you leave your house and grabn go once you arrive. Basically always a mess inside the dining area. They clean the tables with dirty rags because it always leaves dried swirls all... over the table tops. Toppings all over the floor pretty much all the time. Employees with "single use" gloves that never takethem off and do multiple different tasks including handling money wearing the same gloves. What is wrong with the nasty staff!!!??? This was my 3rd trip to the Torrington location. Staff is always rude. Um, I?m sorry I... inconvenience them. Got my burrito home and the chicken was all fatty, lettuce was brown and the chips they give you were staleas can be. I used to love Chipotle when I lived down south. There were two customers in the restaurant... a teenager and me. There was one (teen) guy serving/dishing the food. The teen in... front of me orders two dishes. Another (teen) comes from the back and helps prepare the food too. The two teens prepping foodwere so invested in trying not to get caught stealing food for the guy in line(seemed like their friend) that they totallyneglected the customer service. At this point, a line was forming behind me. I waited in line 10-15 minutes to order as theyplotted and schemed on food theft. How do I know they were stealing? They were speaking loud enough for me to hear andunderstand what they were doing and BOTH workers took care of this "customers order". In that 10 -15 minutes I saw 5 workers andthey were all male. Other things I noticed was one teen preparing food took out his phone with a gloved hand that was/istouching all over food. Teen mashed brownish guacamole to try to make it appear fresh. I go to Chipotle A LOT and I've neverseen brownish guacamole waiting to be served. I will NEVER come back to this Chipotle again. They need better hires, bettertraining, and better management. ordered online and when I picked up the order it was missing the sofritas, which is the main part of the burrito. they didn't... mention this when I picked it up or say that they couldn't fulfill the order, just gave it to me as is which ended up being justrice and lettuce. even the sticker receipt claimed there was sofritas in the order. when contacting the restaurant, they saidthey were out of it and to contact customer support online to get a refund. awful customer service, I've never heard of anythinglike this. why fulfill the order when you don't even have the ingredients?
