Is good too work out all the time
This place was a little hard to find because it's located in a gym but it was a lil diamond in the rough. It's hard to get... fresh, healthy, inexpensive, and fast food in the NW corner. You don't have to b a member of the gym just walk in. They haveawesome smoothies and smoothie bowls for a decent price. I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for real smoothies andbowls. It will probably be my new go to spot before work. Great job! Read more

Amazing smoothies, coffee, and service. Employees are friendly and gave me tips and suggestions about what to add to my... smoothie for my meal plan/ personal goals. Oatmeal cookie smoothie/ smoothie bowl is one of my favorites! However, as of now, Oatmeal cookie is a special so get there quick!! Read more
