Hibachi Express is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, and their staff is... incredibly friendly. The food is always ready quickly, and I usually only order takeout, but when I do dine-in, it’s alwaysvery clean in there. The sushi here was very good. I haven't had it here before, but it was very good, the rice was perfect. The containers that... everything was packaged in were also good quality and didn't spill at all while I was delivering. Im giving 5 stars cause this place is worthy. If you are a serious hibachi nut this is one place youre going to want to put on... your bucket list... it may be hidden in the most random part of torrington but the food will make you think youve just arrivedin another dimension. I usually get the rice, chicken and shrimp.. and a side of spicy mayo for dipping.. their spicy mayo isliquid gold.. the foods always cooked perfect.. I really dont want to leave a good review cause then ill have to wait longer formy food when people visit.. but you can share Mary... you can share. Read more
If you're looking for something a little different for lunch or dinner, Hibachi express may be worth your time. Prices are even... for what you get; every combo gets rice, soup, and a salad. They also have sushi if that's what you seek. Read more
