The food was hot. And the employees were friendly! The restaurant is busy, but it's well run, and very clean. Things have... remained the same at this McDonald's franchise. They did do a full remodel of the entire restaurant. The access on and off ofRoute 202 is very convenient. They're open to eat in dining. And they're practicing proper Covid safety protocols. Just went threw the drive thru, both of our sausage and egg Mcmuffins had no egg. Ordered a soda with no ice, got a soda with... ice. Ordered sausage burritos, asked for picata sauce, didn't get any. But hey the hash browns were hot. We'll definitely begoing to another McDonald's next time. Read more
The two Fish-O-Filets we had at this McDonalds today were perfect. Crispy, fresh, hot fish; warm soft bun and cream of tartar... sauce and melted cheese. Not my usual order, my partner had a coupon for two of them and asked me if I wanted to get one withhim while in this Torrington Plaza. I'd read online from McDonalds employees surveyed, the fish sandwich was probably the lastthing to order since they didn't sell as much as other sandwiches and often just sit under lamps all day, as a result.Considering this, I was curious to try one and as I just wrote, both of them were perfect. Maybe they're moving faster right nowas they're on sale at two for six in our area, anyway. We enjoy and use the the $1, $2, $3 menu, too, and also bought twodouble cheeseburgers @$2.00 each to bring home. Eating less fast food right now, but there's a place and time for it that willalways be welcome whether on the road, short on time, with kids, or simply in the mood.
