We got dinner to go from here and the sandwiches were fine but when my husband was eating his cheesecake (in a dark room while... we were watching a movie) he noticed the snickers cheesecake was filled with mold. I called the store to tell them and thesupervisor said he would send me a gift card as a means to compensate him and he never did. So gross and horrible customerservice. Read more
Ordered 2 full grinders. Was expecting them to be as good as the first time we ordered. The baked stuffed pastrami was... disappointing - very little pastrami flavor and the vege mix was all bunched up on the "spine" of the roll so had to deconstructthe sandwich to spread it out so it could be enjoyed with every bite. The bacon mushroom chicken was even more disappointing.Was expecting bacon and mushrooms in each bite or at least most, but found only 5 small mushroom pieces on the entire grinder.The bacon was almost non existent. Really had to search for it and found 2 teeny pieces of what looked like uncooked fat. Gladthe bread, chicken, and vege mix were good. I think we'll look elsewhere next time for a better grinder. Good place, cheaper than some sub shops but good quality
Always wonderful food. Often get sandwiches. Our go to for sandwich tray.
Real yummy everything, including the rolls themselves. When they opened a store in Torrington i was psyched! They have so many... choices you never get bored and the chopped-up "everything" mix is perfection. Fast service and friendly staff complete thepicture. Great, great place to eat. Read more

Grinders were good. A lot to choose from, even the choice of breads used. Service was swift, and food was hot. Prices are... reasonable. Good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner for the family. I will come back again Read more
Sloppy. Pepperoni had wrapper still on the ends of the slices. Grinder was inedible.
