The restaurant was busy with one person behind the counter. The guy was didn't miss a beat with customer service. As the lunch... rush was getting busier so was the line. Go to any other Subway but this one!! I was a loyal customer to this Subway but stopped because now they are very skimpy with... the ingredients and want to charge extra when ask for a decent amount. The way they cut the bread is awful too almost every timeit's falling apart and looks thinner than it used to be. The staff is also not as good as the old staff. They are stuck up andact like you are asking the world when you ask for extra lettuce after they sprinkle the tiniest bit on. If you want to keepcustomers, treat them right. Read more
Our staff was Charming, friendly and efficient. This store was clean. This particular Subway is a bit hard to notice from the... road. But like every Subway, they offer a wide expanse of Grinders and Associated grinder type foods. Read more

This Subway is the best one in the Torrington, CT area. It's always clean, and the veggies are fresh. I won't go anywhere... else. Update: This Subway store is still excellent. Great employees, and the owner is very friendly. He knows me, and alwaysmakes sure to say "hello". When I stop in with my kids. He even gives them cookies if he's behind the counter. Can't say enoughabout this business! Update 8/18/22: The Subway was just completely remodeled and updated. All of their food is under actuateglass covers to keep it cold and fresh. They just started offering about 20 new subs on the menu. It's worth the drive acrosstown to get my Sub. Read more
