Went in last night with my brother to try to avoid a backed-up drive-thru, only to find that inside, it was just as busy due to... a malfunction with the computer. The manager (Michael?) was able to humor the waiting guests in the front while managing anobviously understaffed team without batting an eye. We mostly just went to use up a coupon, but I?d go back just for theservice. Give them all a raise, but a shout out to an especially adept manager for holding down the fort! Read more

haven't been at a Wendy's in years but we saw the ad for the strawberry frosty and decided to stop. The service was quick and... the frosty was yummy. Also got the fries...super HOT and so good! Read more

This location and staff is absolute trash. I love Wendy's...but going here is a nightmare every time. Fast food has become slow... food. Always cold and hard burgers/fries/nuggets. Staff is utterly useless. God forbid you customize an order in the app itslike they don't know how to read basic things. They get mad if you ask for no ice, forget to take off ingredients that peopleare allergic to, frosty's have been liquid multiple times. Stay away from here. Read more
My own experience. Hello this is a review from an honest costumer and also prior employee 17? This facility is amazing. I gotta... give credit to one manager that stuck up for the workers and the restaurant. Her name is Pam. She is a current manager atWendy?s and I can say that my heart goes out to her. She?s always there when you need her. I hope she gets A MEGA raise. Sheputs up with so much from so many people. No to say she stands up for her staff. Talks to them and gets to know them. I?m morethan honored to have her as a manager. And the knowledge and opportunity that came with it. That being said this is no personalreview! Everytime I visit Wendy?s it?s always good. The Fries have been a little salty but that?s no biggie!!! I will alwayscome back to this place. Fast food is not my first choice, but if in a hurry, on the road, or making someone happy it's why it continues to be a success.... Many thanks for these reasons to franchise owners and all of the employees who for the most part do a great job taking ordersand giving customers their food within minutes. In one of these situations today, thanks to the Torrington Wendy's for the newcheddar bacon chicken sandwich with bacon jam and cheddar roll and fried onions. Kudos to the corporate team that creates newmenu items. My grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon is still delicious...not sure if it is on the menu...might haveto ask for it driving thru... # We loved everything we ordered. Fresh, hot and tasty. The chicken avocado BLT sandwich isdelicious. Love the muenster cheese on this item, too. Wendy's varies their ingredients and menu options more than the other bigfast food chains. They also regularly have good deals on bigger purchases that include Whoppers, burgers, fries, nuggets anddrinks. Wendy's doesn't charge more if ordering their shake as your drink option, but they do charge to add cheese to theirWhopper. It's small but thick and creamy. Read more
The people seemed nice enough but, they got the order wrong, gave us the wrong change, shorted us a dollar, and the food was... cold. Love the Norwalk and Stamford Ct's Wendy's but not the Torrington's. We will try it again to see if they were having anoff day but, won't go back if it's the same experience. Read more
