This is the single BEST Fast-Food Eatery in all of Torrington. The Orders are consistently Correct, the Service is consistently... Grade A. I've had VERY few Issues when eating at this Establishment, I have visited here over many, MANY Years. Some Reviewsmention Cost, others Time, but I assure you, the Quality of the Product is WELL worth BOTH. Orders are alwasy Piping Hot andmade with only the Freshest Ingredients. We really enjoyed the 2 for $7 sandwich deal. We got the roast beef & cheddar, and the Gyro ** which was surprisingly good **

Always friendly staff, food is good if you are an Arby's fan :) only reason it's not a five star is due to the prices. It's... not a fast food restaurant that you can expect a cheap meal or feed a family cheaper than a dine in restaurant. Never had a badexperience with the Torrington Arby's... get what you order and the staff are great! Read more
They were so busy, but courteous and served us fresh, good food. My favorite mozzarella sticks. Nice and fat.
The service was poor they guy at the drive thru wouldnt listen to the order got it wrong both times i spoke to him. The manager... that came up to the window however always does a great job and is friendly and made things right. Although the food is alwaysgreat. The front line crew needs to be trained better and listen to the customers. May be a while before i go back. Read more
Here during lunch hours. Service was fast, food was hot and good. Fries were even fresh. The guy taking my order was super... friendly. Management better hang on to him, before someone recognizes his great customer service skills and hired himaway! I?ve noticed they are using ?My pleasure? from Chick-Fil-A which is a small, but noticeable and welcomesurprise. Restaurant, booths, tables were clean for time of day. Great job crew. After the second time of leaving my dip out of my French, not happy. I get home to find that my au jus isn't even in the bag and... this has happened 2 times now. Really really really annoying. Couldn't even go back to get it or call because it was too late.Employees are always nice and upbeat but man how do you forget the dip from a French DIP? ???? Read more
