My order was smooth, the delivery timely and the food was exactly what I wanted and was hot and delicious.
I absolutely love this Pizza Hut. Prices are great the food was excellent and our waitress was absolutely wonderful.

Do not come here unless you like disappointment. Had to request some menus, and there was no one up front. The menus need to be... updated, they are black and hard to see. They do not have small pizzas although they have it on their menus. The fans in thekitchen are so noisy, you can't hear yourself think, and a horrific nauseated smell coming from the kitchen of burning oil. Thechicken was overcooked dry and hard, pasta was hard and crunchy on top and cold in the center. Pizzas taste as if they werefrozen and then cooked. Price differ from their tickets to their menus so there was no consistency. While we were there thetables that were vacated by other customers were finally gotten to by the time we were ready to leave. Other people came afterus and were very disappointed in the lack of customer service that was given. Most likely not come in again, dont believe mecome and find out for yourselves. Read more

Our family was traveling through and spent the night in Torrington. We were exhausted so I placed an order through the app and... it was ready in 20 minutes. The food was delicious, hot and I really appreciate how quick it was ready. We ordered quite abit since there were 11 of us and it was still ready in a very short time. 2 Family's in the entire restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get our pizza. I finally got our pizza and was told I couldn't... have parmasean without paying for it. I could see and hear a member of management chastising and arguing with employees. Verypoorly ran! Read more

The pizza crust was burned . The topping was over done. For what we paid for it, it should have been perfect. Husband tried to... eat it. Wasn't happy so he took his back. Grocery store pizza would have been better and cheaper. Read more

If it was possible to give this restaurant a 0/5 star review, I would. The service was terrible, they charge for parmesan... cheese, and the pizza was dry and tasteless. They said that the "water in the women's room doesn't work, so you have to use themen's bathroom to wash your hands;" however, I went in there and used the water just fine. The employees were very rude and theexperience was extremely unenjoyable... Although it's more out of the way, definitely go to the Domino's in town instead. Read more

Dine in was fantastic, haven't had that good of pizza in this area for a while! Staff friendly, restaurant was clean. A little... expensive, but food exceeded my expectations. Had orded food from same place a month or so before, not impressed. Seems like ahit or miss or need to dine in. Read more
