Just spent $30.25 for two all Canadian breakfasts with coffee and pancakes. Got no hash browns in either breakfast and no butter... or syrup for my pancakes! My eggs were supposed to be over easy. This is not the first time I?ve gone there and had itemsmissing but I thought with time they would get better. I guess I?m wrong I will no longer go to this location. Was going to callinstead of leaving this review but for some reason they have no number listed and we weren?t given our receipt so don?t know ifit?s on there. Read more
Great service but just a side note if you ask for name please call with the name the order you took it instead of calling with... what burgers I bought it. Confusing and staffs are Confusing themselves as well. Make a simplest rudimentary way of dealing yourclients that make Utter sense Read more
The absolute worst A and W out there. Been trying to give them the benefit of doubt since it?s a new location but it?s been... months since they have been open and it seems like the food quality standards is not a thing at this location. This is the thirdtime I?ve gone around 1am via drive thru dead as it can be to needing to wait 10 or more minutes on the food only to get a verysoggy burger bun ????and some cold fries. Read more
This is by far the worst A&W I have ever been to. Purchased a combo and it was not fresh at all and the fries seemed from the... day before too. When I called and complained all they said is ?sorry, you can come and will give you a fresh one if you like?.They knew it was old and why didn?t they serve fresh from the beginning. This location is the worst, the managers there don?t train people properly, the food isn?t always prepared right, lots of there... new employees don?t wash there hands after touching raw food,they pick out moldy bread and still use the rest of the bag, theyleave food out over night and still use it the next day, they allow all there store garbage to build up in the back of the storeand they wait for a male to take out the trash, there is barley any English being spoken in the back, most employees can?t evenread name tags. I would not ever return to this location its disgusting and lots of the managers need to be retrained on how todo there jobs. Read more
The staff here have no idea what they are doing. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt when they first opened because they... must all be new but wow.. the amount of issues i've had is just unbearable. I just ordered a Papa burger with no bun, i neversaid no condiments or toppings. so i get home and open the box my burger came in and all it had was cheese. What happened to thepickles and onions and mustard and mayo? Another time i ordered sweet potato fries and guess what, no chipotle sauce was givento me. Another time some young guy, god bless his soul, left my iced coffee on the cash register, and when i paid him, the cashregister door opened and it threw the coffee along with it all over the floor. Went there 9:30 Friday. Ordered 2 chubby chicken meals. I had to wait 10 min which was fine but when I got home the burger was... so salty and the fries were cold and stale. $30 for 2 gross meals never going back! Read more
