I was one away from a free pizza I called and asked them how I go about ordering one and getting my free one. I was told I can... pay for the 1st one and use my points for the 2nd when I pick them up. I order 2 pizza they said BOTH would be ready when I pickthem up. I get there and this gal ( not the one I spoke with on the phone) had no idea what was going on first she couldn't findmy order when she does I had one pizza ready. She had no clue when I told her about the conversation I had with the gal I spokewith on the phone.Then tells me I can come back for my second pizza. ME- hey family here's one pizza the next one will be ready30 min to an hour. I declined the order and spent my $ at PIZZA HUT. Read more
