We waited over 15min with one person in front of us in line before anyone took any orders. Then when somebody finally took the... order for the person in front of us they took the one order and went back to making the online orders and ignored the line ofpeople that went all the way out the door. We waited another 10 min with No one taking orders at the counter until we justdecided to go somewhere else. This sadly isn't even the first time something like this has happened. Also the owners are alwaysquite rude and God forbid they mess up your order and you say something about it cause they with act like it's your own faultthat they messed up your order. They have been short staffed for the last year at least and I get that but also I haven't evenseen one new person hired there and doesn't seem like they are even trying to hire new employees. And the employees they havealways seen to be taking smoke breaks and standing out side while they have a line of people out the door. Read more

So a few months ago I did an online order. Arrived in store, super busy, so busy they had to stop making food all together. They... put on my receipt " food credit" . I can't recall why it wasn't put on a gift card, but I figured it was due to the fact theywere so busy, I understood, and it wasn't their fault. Well I kept forgetting about the food credit until recently. So I finallywent in store, the owners were there working. I handed them my receipt that stated I had a food credit. I walk over to thewaiting area and then the male owner comes and tells me he was not going to give me my food, nor give me my money back. He firststated I should've came back the day after for my food, then It should've been at least that same week, but no more then 30days. ( My thought is my food credit should be just as valid as a gift card, which is good any time). We probably argued for agood 10 minutes. He finally agreed to give me my hot food, but didn't give me any of the donuts that were on my receipt. Read more
Coffee was decent but the donut selection was non existent and the ones they did have were dry

Place sucks. Go in to order, missing items, finally order a coffee at 5 am, pay, no one makes it for 5 minutes and I?m the only... one in there. Walked out and lost $2.60 for a 16 oz coffee. Worthless place. Read more
Been here twice now and both times order was wrong. Staff complains to customers they?re the ?only ones working morning shift... EVERYDAY?. I ordered items off of the app only to arrive and be given something different without being told by staff! Found outwhen home. When I called to complain I was told that this store only has ?certain? items and that ?CORPORATE? handles theapp! If the app gives you an option for a specific flavor and you order AND pay for it how can the store substitute whateverthey want?! Ridiculous! Store is filthy! Read more
The absolute worst Dunkin? I have ever been to in my life.. by far. I have never waited less than 15 minutes for a simple hot... beverage at this location. Yesterday waited 15 minutes for two hot chai teas and the one was cold and disgusting. My boyfriendcouldn?t even drink it. Read more
