I was there in the morning to get breakfast and coffee. But as soon as I entered the location. I found it to be very crowded.... Many people were in line and had not ordered yet. And equally as many people were still waiting for their orders to be filled.Seeing this discouraged me greatly, and not having the time to spare to wait myself. Been having bad service her recently. Staff isn't being trained properly. Today was the last straw for me. Was being given the... completely wrong order and they were trying to get me to take it anyway. Horrible experience about 2 weeks ago. We went through the drive thru and was asked to repeat our order 3 times. When we got... our food, only the drinks were correct. After telling them that we didn't get the food we ordered, they disagreed with us. Itold them that nothing was right except the drinks, and then they blamed their "old headsets" , but they all had napkins inbetween their ear pieces and their ears. Ordered in the drive thru a double quarter pounder with cheese asked for ketchup lettuce and cheese only with a large strawberry... banana smoothie they charged me for a large sprite that I never ordered and the made my sandwich wrong put onion's instead oflettuce.When I went in to get my sandwich exchanged the manager and the person at the counter were very rude. What would theydo of they put something on a sandwich that someone asked not to be on it because they are allergic to it? This restaurant needsto be shut down untill they can get staff that can actually do their job correct.
