Called ahead to order. Placed order with female who refused to give name when I called later to complain about order. I spent... $53.02 on 5 subs (two with double meat and a salad. 1st, they put the extra meatballs in a bowl and only gave us 5! That?s NOTdouble what is on a foot long subway sandwich, yet I was charged $7.38 for a total of 9.5 (one was partial) meatballs! Icould?ve ordered a whole other sandwich for that. I have a toddler who just eats the meatballs! When I called to complain thesame girl who took my order was rude and when I asked for her name she refused! Ordered through the app and had sooo many issues, I had added bacon to three foot long sandwiches and extra cheese to them them... but all of the sandwiches were without these extras. I also ordered three bags of chips and cookies and didn?t receive themeither. I was on my lunch break and didn?t have time to call them and have the items fixed since I only get half an hour lunch.Looking at my receipt they charged me for all of my extras (which was over $10 just on the extras.) needless to say I amdisappointed and will never use the app again! I love subway. Excellent food, awesome and fun people that serve you. They could lower the cookie prices a bit.
The young man working had a very negative attitude. He acted like it was a bother to wait on me. There were no other customers... in the restaurant as he was taking with his coworker and had to leave the conversation to take my order. He didn't even try topay attention to what l was trying to order. I ended up just walking out. The employee was very arrogant making a sarcasticcomment as I left. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there on a Friday afternoon. Just a terrible experience. Read more
My cousin and I are truck drivers. We eat subway all over the country. This place goes way up there on my list! The staff was... super nice and very professional at making our sandwiches (normally its a huge mess in my wrapper because I put almost everyveggie on it. it was not, the lady made mine like it was an art lol) And that leads me to how fresh it was. You can instantlysmell the fresh ingredients when you walk in. The lettuce and cucumbers were nice and crispy. The tomatoes and bell pepperswhere the perfect fresh consistency and very tasteful. They do the perfect amount of condiments and toast the bread perfectly(wasn't hard on the edges like it normally is) We both finished our sandwiches and had a whole conversation about how ourstomachs are very happy and that we were "happy fat kids" Thanks subway crew, I hope you gals see this! As a place for a quick healthy your choice meal, this is a place to go. Great service and centrally located. It can be tricky to... get out of - it's on a busy route. Drive thru is available, and the staff is always prepared to give you a fresh tastyexperience. Read more
It's been a so-so experience for me through the years. I really really enjoy the blonde lady who works here during the day.... She's the manager here and she is awesome. She keeps the place moving good and I get in and out nicely. Read more
