On a Saturday 12pm - Ordering for in store pick up, only to find out store is closed inside. There?s apparently 1 employee.... Waited 35 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH line for in store pick up. Without a doubt the worst JJ location in the entire Stl area. The unprofessional attitude is inexcusable. The person at the... drive thru window said ?fucking? and ?fuck? multiple times, unprovoked and unwarranted. I placed the order online and went topick it up 10-15 minutes later. They handed us one item at a time. And when it was mentioned that we ordered and paid for morecookies and bags of chips than we received the worker was rude and used the language mentioned above- the children in the carheard him loud and clear. Almost $40 wasted, because the sandwiches we received were the wrong size and soggy- and very sloppilyput together. Aside from that I absolutely do not feel comfortable eating anything prepared by the teens who have such lowetiquette and work ethic. I don?t think they can be trusted to prepare food for others. This is not the first time I?veexperienced this at this location. They hang out behind the counter messing around and are visibly upset when a customer showsup. Their attitude is unfriendly and they seem greatly inconvenienced when asked or expected to do something as simple asfulfilling the order that was paid for or Lord forbid putting napkins in the bag. If you?ve got the money to set on fire atthis location and not even receive the food you ordered- you can definitely afford to eat at all the much better managed andstaffed restaurants surrounding it. Love me some Jimmy John's lately! These guys are always amazing and I really appreciate them every time I order!
The owner of this location must train their employees to use as little meat as possible to increase profits. You literally get 2... slices of turkey on a beach club and 1 slice of the meats included on an Italian. Every other location I've been to gives youtwice the amount of meat or maybe more than this place. Total rip off Read more
We showed up at 8:30PM when they close at 9. The employees were clearly working to close down the restaurant, but without any... hesitation, they stopped what they were doing to serve us. They were very conscientious about the specifics of our order andeven took a moment to ask about our travels (as we were rather obviously vacationing). Huge thanks to this crew for taking careof us. This location sucks. They're right by my house and they always are forgetting something. Just picked up a party tray for some... nurses that are taking care of my son and I had specifically told they to make sure there was mayo and mustard with them and ofcourse there isn't. Makes sure you check your order before leaving! Read more
The rude lady handed me my food without saying a word, rolled her eyes and walked away without responding to me. There was no... conflict so not sure why she was so hostile. Go somewhere else where you are not a bother to them. Read more
