Went there today and the doors were locked, called to see if they were opened. Literally heard the manager slam the phone down.... Asked an employee what was going on today and he got offended, then proceeded to tell me it was none of my business. Charged meextra when I asked if something came with it and he said yes. They didn't tell anyone it was a mobile only day, no signs,nothing. Proceeded to announce it multiple times but they could "still do orders anyway". First time eating at a Qdoba and probably my last. It's just not good compared to Pancheros or Chipotle.
Not 1st or 2nd. This is 4th time I have a bd experience at this store. Impossible meat never available after 6 pm. They will add... 1 tbsp of protein. If you request to add any toppings little more, they will add 1/4 tbsp. With all my regular toppings, I willget a full bowl at other locations and half bowl in this location.Worst ever Qdoba I visited. But this is the only one which isnear to all shopping places. This location is not good. They never have lobby open and you have to call ahead or order online. Today I showed up at almost... 11am (they open at 10:30am) and the doors were locked. There was someone else waiting outside too. We called and no oneanswered. We knocked on the door and the employees saw us but never came to the door to tell us what was going on.
