The food was awesome & the portions are good just add more lettuce with my salad. Only thing about the chicken is that it was... brunt if only reason how i knew that is if I didn't watch my food like a hawk it would be unnoticeable. Went there today and the doors were locked, called to see if they were opened. Literally heard the manager slam the phone down.... Asked an employee what was going on today and he got offended, then proceeded to tell me it was none of my business. Charged meextra when I asked if something came with it and he said yes. They didn't tell anyone it was a mobile only day, no signs,nothing. Proceeded to announce it multiple times but they could "still do orders anyway". First time eating at a Qdoba and probably my last. It's just not good compared to Pancheros or Chipotle.

Not 1st or 2nd. This is 4th time I have a bd experience at this store. Impossible meat never available after 6 pm. They will add... 1 tbsp of protein. If you request to add any toppings little more, they will add 1/4 tbsp. With all my regular toppings, I willget a full bowl at other locations and half bowl in this location.Worst ever Qdoba I visited. But this is the only one which isnear to all shopping places. This location is not good. They never have lobby open and you have to call ahead or order online. Today I showed up at almost... 11am (they open at 10:30am) and the doors were locked. There was someone else waiting outside too. We called and no oneanswered. We knocked on the door and the employees saw us but never came to the door to tell us what was going on. This Q has been touch and go for my GF and I. Sometimes we get a lot of attitude, and are co fused as to why. Something as... simple as, "May I have some extra rice," will get some of the team members riled up for some reason. I would say that, about 30%of the time we grab food from this location, the rice is dry and crunchy, which isn't great. All that being said, when you getsomeone who's chill, ordering is perfectly fine. When everything is cooked correctly, it's one of my favorite places to eat onthe neighborhood. Read more

Came here for Steak Nachos around 8pm on a Saturday. I was told by the cashier that they were out of chips. I seen the lady in... the back currently frying chips so I asked how long and she said they were out for good. I said it?s fine and that I would tryanother location. I changed my mind came back in less than 10 minutes later to just get a bowl and I would go to the store andpurchase my own chips.They magically had chips. While making my bowl she took a half scoop of meat, I asked if I could have moremeat she said it would be extra. Paid $15.99 for this and the chips were stale.
