Our server Noah was very nice and had get service. The restaurant is a little dark, but plenty of TVs to watch the cardinals... game. I can't say enough about The Country Club. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. It's a comfortable, cozy... atmosphere that is welcoming for all types... from gathering around the fireplace in the fall or an evening on the patio for aquick lunch with coworkers, happy hour or even date night...you can't go wrong. Service is always attentive and timely.Cocktails are delicious and they have a great selection of bottled and draught beer. I ordered the double smash burger and mywife ordered the fish tacos. Best in St. Louis We were pleasantly surprised to hear the bread used in house was from a localbakery, Vitale's. It's neat to see local family owned businesses working together. This is the first time I have ever written a review like this. I went here for lunch with my coworkers and was really excited.... The menu looked fantastic and the service is good but what made me upset was the portioning of the food. I was honestly shockedto have received 4 small asparagus strings as a side which I was up charged for. The salmon sandwich I got was under-portionedas well (close to 4oz and a single piece of bacon on top). This is what I received for 20 dollars and I would dare to say itwouldn?t fill up a small child. I know this review really will have no impact but I feel as if the owner robbed me and left abad taste in my mouth. If they are looking for return customers I would suggest they work on the portion to price ratio. It isa bar and grill for Christ sake not a 5 star steakhouse. It was just the most bizarre thing ever and I was extremely upset overit. I tipped the waitress 10 dollars because she was nice and seemed to understand how silly it was when I asked her about theportion size. Don?t waste your money here. Read more

November 2021- I've Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and good food it's hard to ask for much more during lunch. ... If you are in the area this is a hidden gem you should definitely check out. 5/29/19 update: Let's go Blues Burger..... thisthing needs to make it's way onto the menu permanently. Great flavors! This is a newfound gem for us. The bar has a very cozy and intimate ambiance with a large fireplace in the middle of the dining... area. The Patio is far enough away from the street and nestled in a nicer shopping center with vibrant landscaping. The beerselection is beyond satisfactory and the wine pours are generous. By chance my wife and I stopped by for dinner. We were more than pleasantly surprised! The place was warm and cozy and busy. We... were seated quickly and our waitress was there right away.
