My boyfriend and I went here for a Sunday date! Marleigh was one of the best servers we've had! Very funny and offered lots of... help deciphering the menu as it was our first time. Definitely plan on returning! Read more

Unique dining experience! Wonderful flavors. At table cooking and set up of dishes. I enjoyed this place much. We filled up... with just a shared fondu and entree and individual salads. I would have loved to taste the chocolate for mud for dessert, buthad no room. Read more

My wife decided to surprise me for our wedding anniversary by going to this place and it was amazing! Not only did my wife get... ME flowers, she had them write a personal message on a card for our anniversary! Emily T. was amazing she helped with everythingfrom begining to end.. she was so sweet about giving me time to decide since id never been there before, she didnt make me feelrushed either. Dinner lasted 2 hrs for us in total. The drinks are strong and amazing... the bathroom is the only thing we hadproblems with cause of looking like your walking into the kitchen, the wife went to the wrong opening, it was hilarious watchingher ????! So granted we took a 2 hour drive for this but I am so thankful for the staff and my wife bring this experience to meon our special day. She also says the bathrooms are like saunas and could use air freshener ???? Read more

Pros: Overall a great experience! The food and server was great! It’s a awesome experience! I went there to celebrate a... anniversary with my girlfriend, and we spent over 2 hours there! Cons: The only thing that was kind of disappointing was that Iasked for “Thursdate” and they forgot to give us the rose petals and the candles. But overall it was a great time! Woulddefinitely do again! Read more

Our first trip to the Melting Pot in at least 13 years and it did not disappoint! Our server Ben was knowledgeable and super... personable. It did seem like they might have been short staffed because Ben had to pick up at least one extra table which slowedhim down a bit, but as a former sever I totally sympathize. This was our first experience at the Melting Pot with our sons andthey loved every minute of it. Would definitely recommend! Read more

Went on Mother’s Day. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Emma was our waitress. She was very... friendly and informative but she did forget to bring the charcuterie we ordered. All the courses were good. I do think theteriyaki marinated steak was tough. The filet mignon was all of our favorite. I also would have liked clarified butter for thelobster tail. The manager (Tom maybe?) came by our table twice to check in on us. I thought we were waiting for our waitressbetween courses and she could have been more responsive but otherwise it was a fun experience. Read more

My husband and I have come here for both of our wedding anniversary's, there is a lot of things we love about this restaurant!... It's expensive but it's a whole experience with great food and you don't often (if ever) get a full course meal like they haveto offer. The dessert is my favorite. The first time we went in 2021 was super nice and the waitress was wonderful. When we wentrecently 3/27/2022 it was still good but wasn't a great experience. Our waiter seemed rushed and we paid $12.95 for balloonbouquet, chocolate wafers and a photo but our picture was never taken or whatever they mean by picture so that was a bummer. Also, 2 or 3 of the tables near us, the waiter asked if he could grab them a couple more of their favorite dessert dippers whichI was super hoping he would ask us since that is my personal fav but he never did. He was probably just being nice to theothers! Read more

This is a mixed review. First the positive. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. Very helpful very positive perfectly attentive.... The atmosphere was nice. This is a family place with most tables seated including children. Probably because of the novelty anddynamics of fondue. They get to cook their own food! More on that later. The chocolate martini was really good. Now the lessthan positive. The Yin Yang drink pictured was so full of ice that it really didn’t have much flavor. While cooking your ownfood is kind of fun it really presents a challenge with protein. Probably for safety reasons they say to cook most proteins forthree minutes in the boiling broth at the table. I found that any protein boiled for three minutes was overcooked and becametough. So for $95 for a meal for two people this makes the protein course quite problematic. I found myself using the timer onmy phone and cooking the protein less than three minutes. Good luck with that. Still I rated this place with five stars becauseit’s a good experience. But will you go back? Read more
