The food was great, but the wait was really long. By the time my friend got his food, my food had gotten completely cold.
Good food if you're in a pinch for cheap food. The wait is usually insanely long. I've had to wait on line for 20 minutes before... even ordering before. Then another 20 minutes for them to make it. They certainly take their time but what else can you expectfrom a college dining hall? Read more
It's a great food option on campus, and it shows by how BUSY it is. That's really the biggest negative is that it gets... overwhelmed during certain times. They used to be out of things often, but that has not been a problem I've noticed lately. Thedining area is bright with natural light which I enjoy, and the staff I've interacted with are all friendly, just beunderstanding that it'll take some time when they are busy. Read more

Manager of this establishment is very rude and unprofessional. I made a call to inquire about the services to make a large... order. I was told by the manager that he was to busy to take my call and was hung up on. Not may I take your number and give youa call back at my earliest convenience or anything. Just hung up! Food's good like any Au Bon Pain. Great selection of sandwiches, soups, and pastries. It's a popular place on campus so it does... get busy. As of right now it's open late, to 11pm, not sure if that's permanent though. And like most food services at TU, theservice is okay, decent at best. Some employees can't be short with customers, rude even. Or often they will more focused oncoversation amongst themselves than on the customer. Granted not all are like that, but it seems like a common trend at thedining services at Towson University. Read more
Crowded at lunch time, place is way too popular and way too small, but it's the highest-quality food on campus, not even close.
Makes a good Tuna Fish sandwich on Rustic bread. Nice and warm.
