I had been looking forward for a few weeks to getting a whopper. I was sorely disappointed! I ordered a whopper meal and a... chicken sandwich. The fries were mushy the soda was flat and no ice was even put in the cup. The whopper....the bun was smashedand all it had on it was mayonnaise and a little lettuce. No tomato, no pickle and no ketchup. The worst part is they pulled aMcDonald's and didnt have milkshakes! I think BK has taken over the bottom of the fast food list. Read more

Worst customer service ever. Disgusting food. I ordered their signature sandwich - a Whopper with no cheese and it was inedible. The sandwich had a sour... taste like the mayo or ketchup was bad. Thinking it may have been the mushy tomato I tried removing it and it fell apart. Themanager asked me at the window if I wanted sauce and after confirming Yes, please he proceeded to not put any in the bag.
