This is my first visit, and I left without ordering because the one employee that I saw who was cooking in the back with her... mask off, never turned around to ask me if I needed help. Not sure how this place has good reviews. We threw it away, which says a lot. Half of the order was wrong. The other half was... not even edible. Old fries. Sad. I even reached out to manager (which I never do) and was told they ?would take care of it? andthen crickets. So no, I won?t be going again. Shake shack is literally a thousand times better if u need this kind of food. Read more

Tonight has a truly great burger. Went with the conflicted burger and what I got looked like the picture! Could taste and enjoy... the two different patties. Best part - service was superb. Read more
I don't eat red meat so I opted for the impossible burger ???? it was pretty good. I only gave three stars @ the moment because... I grabbed my food & rolled.. so with that being said I will return & next time I'm gonna go for the Vegan option.. Read more
I don't understand why they are rated so high. When we came in there was no one behind the counter and it looked like no had... been there for awhile. We weren't sure if anyone was working there at all. Someone finally came after 10 minutes or so. Themen's bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. The burger was disappointing; the patty was flat and the topping amounts werevery skimpy. It was more like something you'd get at Wendy's. It tasted ok though, and the fries were good. I?m a business owner - so I know the importance of honest and objectionable reviews. Hence 3 stars and not 1! Greeting at... store: left something to be desired. Minus 1 star. Two people working. One was not happy. One was pleasant. Short handedstaff - yes. Delivery of food: It looked great and tasted wonderful! Cleanliness of store: looked as clean as thefood! Extraordinary service that is above average and ordinary: nope! Minus one star. The tone is set with the firstconversation. Teach your employees to be kind, welcoming and honest. It does wonders for how much slack one will give another. Especially if your short staffed. The one shining star was at the end of our meal, one of the two employees came over andasked how our food was! This saved a two star for burgerfi and got you three! I suggest you pay more if you have less thanthree people. Give them 1.5 their rate when short handed. And teach them how to speak and communicate so that customers willfeel welcomed and be understanding. Oh - shame on you burgerfi for your less than caring automated response to one star reviewsyou have received. 2 out of the 5 ordered burgers were the completely wrong burger. None of the burgers are labeled in the boxes so you have no... idea and can't check in the store without pulling each burger out individually and handling them, which is unsanitary whenpicking up a carry-out order. Never going back. Called the store. No one answers. Read more
