I try my best to have grace with this chipotle but i am tired. I have waited for over 40 minutes for food before here.. yet i... was patient being that they had short staff. I can never come here and get my food on time. My food today was full of pepper andi requested NOTHING that had pepper in it. I asked for sour cream on the side, i got sour cream on my food. The employee handedme my food in a small bag with the bowl standing vertically. Seriously?? SERIOUSLY?? It is always something at this locationand I?m over it. The lack of care and quality is beyond me. At this point the whole store needs to be closed down. Read more

Chipotle continues to get more expensive while simultaneously worse quality food. This location is also consistently out of... ingredients. Our most recent pickup order was ready 25min after the stated time. I am sure the people who work here areoverworked and underpaid like so many other places. Chipotle the company needs to step up. Let's put it as honest as we can. This Chipotle is as good as the Walmart across the road. It's trash. If it says they close at... 10 they closed and locked the doors by 9:30 and they will run out of most food by 9pm. If you ordered online late you won't getyour food because the doors are lock. The inside is absolutely disgusting. They don't clean the floors through out the day theywill walk on top trash in the kitchen. The food is cold, and taste old. Read more

I?ve had bad service in the past but this takes the cake. Had to wait 20 minutes over my wait, just for the food to be cold. Was... told the screen broke but there was no urgency to fix it. I?m not sure who management is here but it would behoove you toactually get the orders in the time that it says, and not have customers waiting for a messed up order that is freezing. Perhapsnot playing around at the register the entire time would make a lot more sense, but hey what do I know. Be well. Read more

The food is not an idsue. It's quite good. It's just this particular location is tragically not that clean. It's bugs flying... around the inside at all times. The tables are always filled with crumbs. The bathroom makes you want to hold it in. And, to topit off, the employees always look drained. They need some help at this location! Read more

Understanding the current employment shortage I do not want to whine as much as to inform. I placed a pickup order for 8:30pm... and was told by who I assume is the store manager that they will not make it. There was only 3 people working in the store andthey seemed nice enough. So ok, I then spend 15 minutes on a bot chat to get my money back. Only to be told that it will take3-5 days. So I don?t mind the stores being closed early. I get it. I do mind corporate taking my money knowing the store wasclosing early. Bad management in my opinion. This can be solved. If there isn?t enough employees to fill the store maybe theyshould close that store. Read more

Went to get dinner around 6:45 and the line was decently long, which is normal. Upon waiting for 10 minutes, we had only moved a... few feet. This was due to the fact that every worker on the line looked as thought they hadn?t slept in 20 hours, and wereincredibly slow. As someone who has worked in the food industry, if you want to work on the line, you must be able to keep upwith the breakfast, lunch, or dinner rush. I am still waiting in line writing this, and will probably continue waiting in thisline until I die of starvation. Read more

These three employees were unprofessional and rude to all the people waiting on mobile and Togo orders. They didn?t have any... customer service etiquette or even the time to ask if we needed any assistance. From the rude comments from the cashier alongwith the rude line staff member for to go orders who clearly hate their job. I was talked to as if I was bothering them just bysimply asking if a mobile order was ready. Also not to mention how filthy and cluttered the store appears. That?s including indining area as well. As the changed gloves they didn?t even wash their has as they are making food bagging food and adding it topaying customers. I understand how stressful it can be in a fast pace workplace but you have to still remain professional at alltimes. Nobody deserves to be treated as if we are a bother to to them especially those who make our food. Improvement needs tohappen with chipotle at this location 801 Goucher Blvd. Read more
