It was ok. First time going to a cold stone creamery and I was not impressed at all. They don?t have Apple Pay available which... was kind?ve peculiar since it is the year 2022 but I had my card with me so it wasn?t really issue. The prices were a littleoverwhelming but it is chain ice cream brand so I wasn?t surprised. The lady at the register didn?t allow me to get a milkshakeand ice cream with the buy one get one free coupon I had received after typing my phone number in the little touch screen. Shecould?ve just gave us the smaller priced item for free but instead told us to buy another item in a very animated tone. Mind youit was just myself and my younger sister. Lol i tipped them $1.99 though cause I didn?t really care for the fact I wasn?t reallycare for the fact that they are using upselling tactics to get people to purchase menu items that they don?t otherwise need.Won?t be coming back to this location:) Read more

So me and my friend ordered mint ice cream with m&m?s and a butter pecan ice cream. But, as soon as my friend Ate the ice cream... about 3-4 minutes later she says her stomach hurts and I asked was something she ate she said no, she said that she believedthat it was something on the counter that was unsanitary and it got all over her ice cream then later my stomach started tohurt I think this would be very well true because they weren?t cleaning the counter or spatula correctly over all our experiencewas not so well Read more
I literally ordered a large coffee shake, she asked me twice to verify my order.... and then handed me two cake batter... milkshakes.... This place is terrible.
