Moved up here from South Baltimore... The domino's down there was fantastic but it seems that this one here has horrible service... Usually have good experiences. There was no line at the drivethru so I decided to drive up withoutaking an order. Awful idea!... They were changing shifts and the guy at the window told me I had to put in a order before coming to drive-thru. I had a cryingbaby and needed to get in and out. Normally, I prefer to write reviews for positive experiences. Tis is the opposite of my normal reviews. Order never came. I had... to call the store over and over again for over an hour and got put on a 45 minute hold. Had to have everyone in my house callrepeatedly in order to get an answer. Once I got through, the person who answered told me my order didn't exist. I provided myname, phone number, address, the charged amount, the time of my order, and the time the order was supposedly in QC and even theorder number. He still kept saying it didn't exist so I asked for a refund and he said he was getting the manager who was in theback and put me on another hold and never came back to the phone (another 22 minutes). Then, again had everyone in my householdcalling at the same time I was still on hold all this time as well). Eventually, the lines changed to say they weren't acceptingorders when calling. We got someone on the phone eventually (I ordered at 7:11 and it was almost 10pm). The person who had meon hold was apparently "no longer with the establishment" upon this call and according to the man who answered and was"mismanaging orders" "which is why he was there". After all of that time, I was finally able to ONLY get a refund. Then, becauseit was so late, could only go to the market to grab a box pizza and eat way past our normal time. Not recommending andappropriately recommend others not to shop this establishment (at least this location). Spent over three hours of my Saturdayjust trying to resolve receiving my refund due to the store's inability to appropriately fulfill their job requirements. These people know how to screw up an order. I ordered a pizza with beef and onion, and wings and garlic sauce. I got a pizza... with jalapeños and spinach, and blue cheese and no garlic sauce. If I'm going to pay you, the order needs to be right. Read more
This was my first time visiting this Dominos. I purchased a pizza for pickup online and when I arrived at the pickup window, the... pizza came through as only a cheese pizza - I must have forgotten to add the 3 toppings - needless to say I was bummed out. ButKeith, one of the Dominos workers, quickly told me that it was no big deal, that he would fix it, and to just come back in about5 minutes. When I came back he had a pizza made the way I wanted it fresh out of the oven. His customer service in terms ofdemeanor, politeness, professionalism, and going the extra mile was exceptional. Worst experience, EVER. Placed my order at 6.34 PM it only got delivered at 9.05 PM (as in 2 hours and 31 minutes later). AND IT... WAS ALL WRONG. Cheesesteak sub with NO CHEESE and almost no steak. The pizzas were supposed to be one with pepperoni and onewith sausage and olives. We received 2 pizzas with chicken and mayo (?). When I I filed a complaint with Dominos, all I got wasan offer for a 50% off coupon for the next order...AS IF I was going to order from these guys again. Read more
How is it possible that in this place of domino pizza there are no cups to take Sprite? My friends and I were in this place, we... bought a big pizza and a big Sprite to eat at the tables that are in the place, but SURPRISE !!!! They didn't have cups, wewanted to eat the pizza but how did we drink the Sprite? It is assumed that if they have tables on the premises for thecustomer to eat pizza they should also have cups for the people. Read more
Very convenient location. They deliver which is a plus for me. I order my dessert from there. Hot brownies that melt in your... mouth and hot chocolate lava cake. My comfort food. I get to track my order. No contact. I order the white pizza with Alfredo orranch sauce. The chicken salad is just right and the Mediterranean sandwich served hot is second to none. I am a regular.
