Placed my order online and then everything was wrong from that point on. Went to the store twice they were polite and got my... money back. - delivery was 40 minutes later than what the tracker said -order was completely wrong when we received it - foodthat did arrived was cold - never answered their phone - people were polite at the store and could tell they were frustrated -refunded my money **GO SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL PIZZERIA?S they might not have the technology to place an order online, but at the endof the day they do put out a better product and care about their quality** Read more
Part of our order was missing. I called the store to have the missing items delivered and the store never answered the phone. I... held for 20 minutes before giving up. Other family members tried calling while I was on hold and still just sat on hold. Willnever order from this store again. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the pizza that WAS delivered wasn't too bad.Would have been stellar to get all of the items I paid for or at least a refund. Read more
I will never. I mean never order from this domino?s again. You guys really need to get your things together. Everyone that... works there need to be fired. Better yet close down.. If you like your pizza to arrive looking like someone slammed on their brakes, your pie went flying and landed upside down only... to have the toppings pile up in the corner of the box, then this Domino's is your place! Also, the "Delivery Insurance" programis a joke. The local store figured out that if they mark your order status as "completed", rather than "delivered", you can'tmake the claim. Surprise! Try calling the store and they won't take your call. The Domino's site has zero recourse and even asnide remark on their public Facebook page only gets someone to respond with a heartfelt "sorry, here's a link to get thissorted" - which takes you right back to the online form you've already filled out 20 times. This was not a great experience at all and I'm disappointed because I really like Domino's. I placed my order today at 1:08pm... and the approximate time of arrival as noted by Domino's was somewhere between 18-28 minutes. My order wasn't delivered until3pm. Further, two of my three pizzas look to have been smooshed in the box and the third was lightly burned. This was a reallyunfortunate experience and its soured my feeling toward the company a bit. pizza ha consistently not been right the last several times. Sometimes it almost feels like it?s deliberate. Once I asked for a... well don pizza, it was delivered looking severely undercooked. Ordered 4 pizzas on a Saturday evening around 8:30. Online order went through fine. Did not find out till I checked the app an... hour later that Domino's canceled the order. No phone call, no email, no notice, no reason. I had a party full of people waitingfor food. Do not waste your money here!!! Instead I called Cheezy's (local place in Towson) and they had it made and deliveredin less than an hour! Read more
