I adore this place. I enjoy dining in but decided to order delivery this time. The order arrived quickly so the food was fresh... and hot! My boyfriend ordered the chicken kadai which he said was great. I ordered the chicken saag and loved it. Worth everypenny. Read more
I've been here twice. The first time I was scared because we were the only people in the place. We followed the waiters... recommendations (because we didn't know what we were doing). The food was outstanding. We were in Towson today and my husbandreminded me of the place. I immediately said yes and was absolutely pleased once again and once again we were the only peoplein the place. Try it! It's worth the trip. And they deserve to be busy!!!! Read more
Last night, I took a walk around the Towsend area of northern Baltimore. When I passed by this restaurant, the smell was... incredible! I knew I had to stop in for dinner. The service was warm and friendly, but the food was even better! I had never hadTikka Masala with lamb before and it was so creamy and delicious! The one and only dining place that gives perfect Nepalese ambience. The restaurant is nicely decorated with traditional art and... artifacts that reflect local Nepalese culture. We did order few of the items and MOMO was below our expectation, lamb sekuwawas not cooked properly other that that food was alright compare to prices in a restaurant which gives such an ambience. I LOVE! I was so excited to come here and it made my week, like I keep telling everyone about the amazing food I had here.... Everything in the pictures was only around $45!!!! Isn’t that insane?! So much delicious food for such a low price. Myboyfriend and I love to get a whole array of things and share them so that we get a taste of everything, so we got an order ofnaan, chicken biryani, tandoori vegetables, and 10 steamed lamb momo. They brought us rice and papadam along with our meal! Itwas so flavorful, and we almost finished all of it because it was so good. I am definitely coming here again. Portions here are incredibly small. Compared to most Indian restaurants I go to, this has by far the smallest portions, and at... $20+ a dish, it was a borderline ripoff. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, a classic dish and got a tiny teardrop shapeddish. The momo was great and properly portioned. Service was ok, we were the only two people in the restaurant yet fromwalking in to getting food at the table took 45 minutes. Read more
