My favorite Kung Fu Tea location. They really provide great drinks and customer service.
Very friendly and delicious. I got a strawberry slushy with boba and it was perfect! So many details in the store, the cups have... a little heart on top, the adorable plushie decor, little stickers of cute cartoons drinking boba. Employees are friendly! Almost everyday in summer i walked there to get a refreshing tea with my dog. Pet friendly atmosphere.... Every single time when I walk in the store, Owner of the store gave a bowl of water for my dog! Products are always fresh andmenu has lots of option! They just need to put AC inside the store. I?ve been going to Kung Fu Tea for years now and this is the first time I can saw I despise it. The location in Towson jacked my... order up and instead of remaking it they gave me the bubbles on the side and said ?You said bubbles but she heard pudding.? SoI?m left drinking the top and eating hot bubbles on the side. Absurd. Read more
Never had bad experiences with boba. Especially with Kung Fu Tea. I think I?ve tried almost all the items that they have. But my... favorites are Kungfu Milk Green Tea, Mango Snow, Mango Green Tea, Matcha Milkcap, Taro Milktea and Caramel Macchiato Slush. Read more
This is my first time coming to a Kung Fu Tea so I wasn't sure to expect. First, the women behind the counter were watching... videos on their phone and seemed annoyed that we came into the store and interrupted them. I asked about the Matcha tea since Isaw the ad in the window and she showed me one that looked totally different, so I guess they don't have the one in the windowand I ordered that one instead. We stood around waiting longer than necessary because they never called us when it was ready.Then I realized there are all these different options for sweetening and different kinds of tapioca that she never asked meabout. I wish I would have gotten it less sweet since it tastes like sugar water. I should have tried a different Kung Fu Teaas my first experience. Not coming back to this location. Read more
Love this place. The teas are great and the bubbles are the right texture and taste. They are a little expensive compared to... places like Taste Tea, but I?m never disappointed. You can get a variety of flavors and my favorites are Taro, and orange greentea with bubbles. I also get extra bubbles because I can?t get enough. Read more
I've gone here regularly for several few years now. When the pandemic started I got the app and started tipping 40% to support... employees who've had to work through the pandemic. Earlier this year I learned none of that money went to the employees. Shopscan opt out of the app tipping system but the money still goes through. Hundreds of dollars at this point, meant for the workersbut taken by the company. Absolutely scummy behavior. Read more
