Hubs is the coffee drinker. "Pretty good ????????" Good amount of caffeine". My note: Barista was pleasant and enthusiastic.

I absolutely love this place! It is my place to relax, eat delicious food and decompress from my everyday stress. I have been... coming here for over 20 years and I have ALWAYS had fantastic food and great service. Please stop by for better quality foodthan what is on offer in the mall food court. You won't be disappointed!! Read more

My husband and I just tried to stop in for a bite to eat while we were shopping. Three people were having a FULL conversation,... two gentlemen and a young lady. Not once did they even stop to acknowledge us and they went as far as to move their conversationto the back once they realized us. Completely unacceptable behavior for an establishment that I regularly frequent. I hope thatthey do better. Read more

Good casual dining, quality food and quality service. Sandwiches are really good and they are novel. Surprisingly prices are not... through the roof you would think Nordstrom would be boujie and have high prices. Read more

After writing a short polite email to the manager and getting nowhere, I feel I?m forced to leave a public review. Last week, ... I met with friends of mine at the Nordstrom Marketplace Café in Towson Center in Towson, MD. Upon meeting in the *empty* caféwe purchased our coffees and selected a table. Not long after that, a woman began muttering insults and complaints about myfriends and me using vulgar language. When I turned around, she said, ?Yes I?m talking to you.? I asked her what her problemwith us was, and she responded, peppered with F-words and other vulgarities, that we were blocking her server?s path to her.Again, she purposefully selected the table behind us in an otherwise empty restaurant. I am not an easily intimidated person, but my friends were feeling quite threatened. At this point, I called the café manager over so that he could deal with thecustomer. Instead, the manager told me to ? what is going on, Calm down.? He did not ask this bigoted bully to leave. Instead heasked the person she was threatening to ?calm down.? I?m calm. But I?m enraged. This was not an appropriate response at all ?and in the current climate of festering suspicion and hatred of non-European immigrants from "some people" it was yourmanager?s duty to remove this bigot. I will continue to share this story far and wide. My friends and I are owed an apology andan acknowledgment that the decision to tell me to ?Calm down? was the WRONG course of action. BTW, I have always liked Nordstromand it is one of my favorite places in the States to shop and have my coffee as it is the most diverse store and I did hate thatthis happened to us there. Read more
