A first timer and I ordered ribs and a ribeye. The ribs were great but the steak was hard and tough. When we called about it,... the manager, Justin, quickly apologized, refunded our money and offered to mail us a return coupon. It came in the mail with aspecial handwritten note. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by appetizing BBQ aromas and several warm, friendly staff members! I had never... been here before and the team was super nice, walking me through the experience of this place! In the end, I got a sampler platewith moist brisket, baby back ribs, and spare ribs. Everything tastes phenomenal! You could taste all the spices rubbed intothe meat and the authentic smoked flavors of the meat. , The texture was fall-apart tender and juicy, melting in my mouth!Accompanying this meal was an array of 7 sauces on each table!
