Nothing like ordering your pizza on an assembly line. Made fresh to order and you can watch the progress from start to finish.... The place was clean and orderly; the staff professional, helpful and polite. Were else can you get fresh made to order pizzawith out having to pay a separate price for every or additional toppings. Just tried Mod for the first time. Very glad I did!! I went to the one in Towson, Md. and the food and service was EXCELLENT!!!... Greeted upon entering and served with a smile throughout ordering my pizza. Staff was very polite and made me feel welcome. Thepizza was amazing and cooked just like I asked for it to be. Nice and crispy. I love the fact that regardless of what toppingsor how many you get, it's one price!!! Definitely will be going back. Very clean and open seating area. Nice layout. Great job,MOD!!! Delicious pizza and cheese bread however it is just like a more expensive pie five or blaze pizza if you want to get a cheaper... eat this is not the first place to go I would probably recommend blaze pizza since pie five has closed all locations ,The foodis still decent though . Read more
Amazing place with amazing service .. we have ordered one veg pizza and it was delicious .. went with mega mod . The crust is... superb and it was ready within 10 mins . Really they have great range of toppings that u will never go missing with . The frontdesk server was amazing and she really took time to explain the diff between mod and mega mode and she also took care of mychoice of topping without rushing me . I had the same experience when i visited to Utah. Recently gone through company?s visionand really impressed by that. Read more
I love MOD pizza but this particular location needs to do better. Some of the staff not all but some are very nonchalant. Once a... girl was in her pajamas and a bonnet. They always give the bare minimum with toppings. Its almost like you have to beg for more.Once I felt rushed. And my last complaint I just ordered for door dash delivery I made specific instructions as well as tappedall toppings I wanted. Everything I selected was not on the pizza, and it was a bit burnt. That was pretty annoying. I don?twant to stop coming here because again I love MOD pizza but now I know I?ll Never!! use delivery because the nonchalant effortfrom the staff shows in the final pizza. So with that said pick up only!, so I can annoyingly oversee and dictate how I want mypizza. The point of this place is to personalize your pizza and get it how you want! Read more
