I order from here seldom because the quality and taste has changed . I?m tired of making a complaint when it won?t stop what... pizza product I receive . This was the last time I will come to the York Rd Papa because they just don?t make the pizza rightanymore . It?s a hit or miss . Pizza makers need to be upgraded to the pizza makers on Joppa Rd . Great pizza. The sauce is the best! Called ahead of time. Prices are alittle higher than other pizza stores but so worth it!
The food could?ve been a lot better. I think initially when I drove by thought it was closed because they had their open sign... off. When I saw Someone walk in and I decided to check it out and see if they really were open and they were. All I asked forwas a medium pepperoni pizza and usually I wait about 10 minutes and they?re done it was approaching 35 minutes and I thinkaround the 20 minute mark I actually asked to see if they were still making it because they didn?t seem busy and to my knowledgeit was only the other guy who walked into the store and I waiting for our food. Shortly after asking I was told that they?restill making it waited about 10 to 15 more minutes got my food and I was out of there. It was probably a slow day but I didn?tlike the service at all and I?m not sure if it was a staffing shortage or maybe everyone was a little tired but either way Ithink the wait time was unacceptable. I have now twice been lied to about a refund from this particular store. They said they refunded me and I never received it then... upon calling and addressing this they gave me the run around. I am in a nursing home and cannot reach there store in person.Phone calls do nothing and neither does emailing them. Do not order from them. They will mess your order up promise a refund andyou will never receive it.i repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS ON YORK ROAD. They are crooks and do not care about therecustomers. Read more
I ordered a pizza at 11:30 and confirmed my phone number with the lady who took my order. I called again at 12 to see where... exactly my order was and they said they called with no answer. When I asked what phone number they called they gave some randomnumber that I have never heard in my life. Then they said sorry but we?re not delivering your pizza we?re closed now. I hadCONFIRMED my exact phone number on the phone when I placed my order. They gave me a 301 number that didn?t even end in thenumbers the lady confirmed with me. There is no excuse for this. The workers are very friendly. My problem is my pizza was barely cut properly. I had to cut it myself. I ordered cheese sticks... as well and they were cut like pizza slices instead of sticks. I called the manager to let him know and his response was just?Okay?. Very disappointed.. I will be ordering from the other papa johns in Towson or Cockeysville. Read more
The Cheesesteak Papadia was pretty good! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was WAYYYY too greasy for my... liking. I don't know if it was just this location or not, but this thing was super greasy. If it was more neat, I would've gaveit 5 stars. Read more
Yeah. This is their new ?bowl?. Looks amazing if I?d already had 1/2. However, this is what it looked like before I took a... bite. Also didn?t deliver the sauces we ordered. Called and they will only offer a credit for our next order. Told to call some800# if we?re not happy. Almost done with the issues. The wings we ordered? Undercooked. Rubbery grossness.
