I?ve given this location a lot of chances because I?ve always liked potbelly?s but this place is horrible. My sister placed an... order for pickup an order for pickup and I ordered in person. I got a chicken club and milkshake. After four sips of themilkshake, I had to throw it out because it was so horrible, I didn?t even make it out of the parking lot. My sandwich, when Igot home, barely had meat in it, I?m used to very full sandwich from potbelly, this one was empty, barely any toppings eventhough I asked for it in front of them ave even asked for extras. Also I don?t know how they managed to make the bread soggy andthe actual sandwich dry. My sister was given the wrong size for her sandwich, she ordered a big and was given regular and hersandwich was pretty empty as well. When she called about the size, they disregarded her complaint and were very rude to her.Finally the staff here is now so rude and unprofessional. In previous occasions, I?ll order curbside and never get and have togo inside and ask for my sandwich, a majority of the staff are always sagging their pants low to the point that a lot of theirundergarments are visible and I watched one of the employees use their bare hands to scoop out the ice cream for a milkshake anduse their finger to dig it out of the spoon which I don?t think is sanitary. The staff at this facility was very helpful! They assisted me in figuring out what I should order. This time when visiting, I... did a curb side order. Although I clicked the button that says I'm here, no one came out to deliver my meal for almost 15minutes! I called the store, then someone brought me my food. Do you allow people to smoke pot just outside Potbelly?s in Towson? Three people were at the exit door smoking pot (third person... in a red shirt not pictured went inside - double click on the snapshot). The stench was so bad, we had to leave the table wherewe were eating our sandwiches outside. This occurred on Sun 6/5/22 between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm. Read more

Sandwiches and shakes are DELICIOUS. I got a Mediterranean (way too much to eat, brought home and ate the next night after... baking in oven for 15min) and hubs got The rack. Clean and friendly workers. Read more
Potbelly is a solid sandwich shop in my opinion. Have been to a couple in DC and this location was just as good. The sandwiches... are creative and above average in my opinion. I had the meatball sandwich and my wife had a roast beef, they were both good. Thehot peppers are pretty spicy, I happen to like it spicy but some may not like it that spicy. If you haven't eaten at Potbelly'sbut eat at Jimmy John's or Quiznos regularly, give them a try, I think you will like it. The restaurant was clean and the staffwas friendly. The staff did take a little time to take our order but it was not too long. Overall good experience. Read more
This is my first time in this particular location, and it was a good one. I ended up getting a chicken salad salad which was... absolutely terrific. They packed the bowl so full I could not finish it. It was delicious, and the people that made it kept up alively little interaction with all the guests while they did a terrific job preparing various foods. That's the kind ofatmosphere I feel comfortable in, the kind of thing that has me coming back. I've yet to have a bad experience at any Potbelly'sI've been to, been to about 10 different ones.
