Service was good but the tavern burger is basically an $11 big mac. Broccoli is obviously of the frozen variety and soggy.... Refills on the "bottomless" sides is so slow you will never get more than one refill - if you want it. The worst part was thestate of the bathroom. I don't even want to know what went on in there but it made me feel like nothing in that restaurant couldbe clean. Had a real bad emotional day at work, so hubby came to my rescue and took me out to eat. Since a spot near by RR was not to our... expectations we came to RR. I kind of knew what I wanted either a bacon cheeseburger or thr chicken sandwich, the baconcheeseburger won. Also I decided to try the fried pickles. Someone told me to try it and I thought why not. Well those friedpickles hit the spot. The seasoning on thr breading was spot on and they were fried to my expectations. Hubby tried the bonsaiburger, which came with some kind of sauce and pineapple. He is always experimenting. Also I got a free dessert through the appfor being a RR loyal member! So had the Mud pie, minus spoons. And that is why I took off 1 star. I had to chase down someonefor spoons since our server was both being the bartender and server for that area. *********************** As a reward memberyou get a free burger for your birthday!! A win-win. So I ordered two burgers, one for myself and the other for my hubby to go.I placed the order as soon as I left work and gave ample time to pick up the burgers. Through the app, they do not give you theoption on the doneness of the meat, which is not fair since they do have good burgers and I would want to order my burger as ifI was dining in. Upon arrival, I arrived nearly 30 to 40 minutes early than I should to pick up my order. As I waited inside, agentleman asked me the name on the order. After another few minutes past, a lady came to place her order, and she was able toorder her burger the way she wanted. I enjoyed the $10 meal special. On a late night for eating and talking the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The fries was really... good and seasoned one...I loved the bottomless drinks as a plus. I will be returning soon. Read more

Red Robin as a franchise has been inconsistent over the past 5 years. We pass 1 location to visit this one because the service... makes me feel okay about parting with my hard earned money. Initially told the wait was 40 minutes but was seated 15 mins afterarriving. Service was quick and accurate. Bottomless fries were served hot and often. They seem to have a model of 1 -2 mostefficient wait staff taking orders with support staff delivering items soon after wait staff has left the table. This modelworks!!! Read more

This place has gone down the drain. Everything from the appearance, down to the service is not good. The only thing that was... good, is the food. BUT, the portion sizing is tragic. They brought a basket of fries with literally 6 fries in it. And, it tooka while to get a refill. 7 fries between 2 people is tragic. The hostess up the front wasn't good, nor inviting. Finally, theglass in the front, needs replacing. They are far gone from simply getting cleaned effectively with windex; they are mad dirty. Read more

Overall a good experience, we were seated immediately even with a group of 6. The food was great. Not sure if due to staffing... issues, our server(s) were all super nice, but we had to ask repeatedly just to get all our drinks (both initially and for thefree refills) and fry refills. First time we've been there for a while and so my family decided to go for our anniversary. Not busy at all. Surprisingly food... was good and they even gave my grandson an ice cream sundae for his birthday which is tomorrow the 23rd. Very nice waitress andother people who brought our drinks. The service was good and good came out in a reasonable amount of time despite the restaurant being busy. Bren was my server and... she was great. She answered every question, was very attentive, and had a hospitable demeanor. The food was fresh and tasty. Theonly issue I had was I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got 2 tenders instead of a chicken breast. It was explained thatsometimes they run out.
