Like all other people in here I can say that it?s forever waiting in there every day, there?s no stuff behind the counter. On... 08/07/21 in the evening I stoped there for my cigarettes and the lady was high??????? I even came back with my friend and hesaid the same thing. I?ve been working in the gas station for 5 years in a bad area so I know how high people look, and I?m nottalking high on weed???????Today even got better I wait for 5 minutes someone to come and keep pressing the help button in theend to get help and before the door closed behind me she said ?don?t come back????????? wonderful customer service. A months agoI came to get cigarettes and one of the transaction didn?t go through, I drove away from there but the second day I returned andI let them know and I charged the card. I give it ZERO but that's not available. LOL! It's gonna close again. There's NEVER an employee behind the register. The person... in the food prep area always has their back to you or pretends not to see you. You can see a person in the back but I guaranteeyou that whoever it is isn't coming out to help you AT ALL. Even though they stay pretty busy, you're better off going to theWawa on Joppa-----they have employees actually helping customers there. So I go into this Royal farms at 9:50 a.m., on April 18th 2021. I get a breakfast sandwich some coffee and a couple donuts. I go... to the front cashier and I wait... Finally some lady comes up and checks me out. I use my credit card and when I'm done I haveto ask for the receipt, and this woman starts giving me grief and a lecture about the planet and how I'm killing it because Iasked for a receipt. I don't go there to get somebody's agenda pushed on me about the planet dying because I asked for areceipt, I go there to get what I want and I pay for what I want! And I certainly don't pay for a dissertation on the planet'swoes because of my asking for a receipt! On my receipt it says Tracy 0019003 the transaction was 6278. Why does Royal farmssupport the propagation of making their customers uncomfortable and guilting them about environmental issues when they come inand make purchases in their store!? The store itself is great, I go there everyday since the reopening- BUT I?m getting extremely frustrated because none of the... employees are ever by the register. If you come for cigarettes you aren?t getting them because there is never a cashier theyjust expect you to do self checkout. I can?t even begin to tell you how many people I have seen go in there and then just leavebecause there is no cashier to help him. This store does not have Gas so a lot of the customers who are coming want productsfrom behind the counter or they?re go somewhere with gas pumps. So far I?ve had to leave five separate times and go somewhereelse because no one was around to help me. It?s only a matter of time before someone just starts taking stuff because no one isever watching!! Get someone new to work behind the deli. Lady working the deli will get an attitude with you if you make a request on your order... when she?s working on another order and then proceed to get the order wrong. Always has an attitude especially if she forgetsyour dipping sauce, which isn?t even free anymore. Read more
