I placed a online delivery which totaled $30.00. I also redeemed one of my member rewards. The whole order was incorrect when it... was delivered, there were numerous missing items from my order and the food was cold! It was brought to me by door dash. I haveno complaints with the driver, in fact she was very apologetic about the order. I don't have $30 to just give away. Can i berefunded or another order on taco bell!!! Read more

Went in-store to order using the kiosks machine and made my order at 4pm . I Sat there watched people before us and after us get... thier order. I Went up to the counter at 4:20pm they couldn't find my order at first ,then I was told they skipped my order. Read more
They keep the place clean, and menu items are reasonable priced. Surprisingly they still have a dollar menu with menu choices... for only $1 Read more

Something happened towards the end of 2021, potentially new management? Regardless, I?ve been coming to this location for ten... years and the experience has always been hit or miss in terms of timeliness and accuracy of the order. For the past few months,the execution has been commendable. Usually this location does well, but this time I ordered 4 items from the app, the 2 normal ones were fine. The 2 I customized... were wrong, most annoyingly the steak upgrade that I paid for and didn't get (it might have had beef, but I didn't find a singlepiece of steak) and I asked that onions and tomato be left out and they were not.
