D*mb b**ch in the drive thru Monday night Nov 7th gave me literally all CRUMBS as fries. And I don't mean like just some crumbs.... I came inside the restaurant and saw each and every one of the employees wearing gloves, but this one worker wasn?t wearing any,... very unsanitary. Please, could everyone wear gloves if they?re cooking anything? Thank you. Read more
Can't believe this manager is still working and they haven't changed anything over the years. I have had orders wrong 75 percent... of the time I order here.The manager that works the night shift is super rude every time and will rarely respond to you at thewindow. Ordered and paid on the app. 10 min later i went to pick it up. The lady said they didn?t have the order and could not refund... me b/c her manager was not there. They did offer to make the food, but were going to charge me - AGAIN! And it would take 15minutes to cook. The phone at the store just rings and rings. No option on the app for incomplete orders. Of all Jack in the Boxes this is one of the best!! Not only is a food fresh and good the service is terrific! For people who... get paid min wage or close to it, they dont allow that to dictate how nice they are!!! They were not only professional andcourteous, but always had a smile!! Dear Owner. Why would you make your employees work past 3pm on Christmas eve and work on Christmas at all? Are you on the edge... of Bankruptcy or just heartless? Chick-fil-A and Hobby Lobby are closed every Sunday and are still successful. And my order wasjust wrong as well. Read more
