Everytime I eat here I get sick. Skip this place !!
Poorly salted fries, nice to be healthy but I don't go to McDonald's to be healthy.. Add more salt, service was great though.
Horrible service and horrible experience. Made an online order and waited over half an hour for my food. When they showed they... didn?t even have everything. We ordered 3 kids meal with 3 drinks. They brought 2 kids meal with 4 drinks. When we told themthey were missing one they where confused even though the receipt was taped on the box. She went inside came back out withoutthe missing food looking confused. Showed her the receipt, she takes it, goes back inside comes back out 10 minutes later withthe 3rd box. We had ordered apples, we got fries. We had ordered honey they gave us hot mustard and not enough straws. We gotno apologies, she said thank you. Called the supervisor and she was extremely rude. No apologies, said she didn?t have time toargue and she could pass the phone to another supervisor. Is that how your supposed to treat customers?? Not impressed!!! Read more
I ordered a BigMac combo yesterday at the drive thrue Good thing I opened the box right when I got it at the window cause there... was no meat at all, I get it returned for another one they give it in a box all greasy and full of sauce, there was hair on thefries and they werent even cooked right, soggy and half frozen. And its a complete zoo in there the workers cant even get alongwith each other its a total fiasco. Go to Bathurst if you want to go to McDonalds Read more
Nice place, they are overwhelmed due to covid restrictions but the service was still pretty good, they really did try their best... even with almost all other restaurants closed in town. Food was good, staff polite and all around, I liked my visit there. Read more
Came all the way here from Miramichi as my son had a soccer so I thought I'd take the kids for lunch before their game. My fries... tasted like they were cooked, then cooked again and then left there as they were very soggy and cold, asked for a quarterBLTcombo and they gave me just a quarter pounder combo with cheese, kids meals had pickles on the burgers when I specificallyasked for them to only have cheese and ketchup, &didn't receive the right size cups for our order. My frozen coffee frappe wasnot frozen but liquid. And they don't have enough bilingual staff on to even understand someone ordering in English. Verydisappointed to say the least!!! Read more
I have to be honest I was really disappointed. I had preordered on my app before going to pick it up, I live around 10 minutes... away. When I got there (at 11h44 pm) I got in line in the drive tru (2 alternating). It took more than 15 min to get my order +I had bought half a dozen of doughnut and they were still half frozen. I have to say this though these might be the reasons forwhat happened. 1- Lack of employees 2- New employees 3- having the 2 drive tru opened at that time of the day. I think thatwhenever they know that they can't answer the demands they should at least close off one of the lanes. Like I know someMcDonald's do. Read more
its too small for a huge amount of people.. especially on school days, you cant go in without a huge line up.
