Jordan was really mean to her obviously new coworker in front of like 6 customers, which was incredibly embarrassing to watch -... can?t even imagine how the poor kid felt. There?s no organization to the roles people are working which makes the whole orderingprocess that much longer. There?s enough employees on the floor for them each to be doing one job instead of being in charge ofone pizza start to finish. The girl at the register has no sense of food safety, she wiped her nose with her hand while ringingsomeone up. Of all the employees, none of them seemed to be in charge, a manager or shift lead could?ve changed the situation.The bathroom is gross too. They have a high turnover in employees. Went in, first off was skimped on cheese. Don?t ask them for extra anything. Asking for... ranch is a no go, even if you offer to pay extra they will tell you no. Use to be good. Read more
Decided to give this place another chance, but another epic fail. Ordering a pizza to go. Firstly, I'm the only customer in... line, yet she chooses to wipe down cou ters at a snails pace instead of taking my order. Then she mentions to the manager thatI'm recording video, so the manager asks if I'm recording video. They are more concerned with a video recording than serving acustomer. She proceeds to put the crust through the machine 4 times (again slow as molasses) Finally I put 2 toppings, ham andpineapple, but she lets me know, they can't put more than 4 pieces of meat on the pizza, YES, 4 PIECES ... you read that right,and not exaggerating. Sooooo when did blaze start super skimping on toppings?? I had to ask several times for ?a little more.? I got about 8... pepperonis and a sprinkle of mushrooms. I?m sorry but I enjoy loaded pizza with toppings. Other than that the pizza was decent. Read more
Very unhappy. I ordered on the app and my order was supposed to be ready at 3:53 pm and when i came in to pick up my pizza, the... crew had just started to make my pizza. I had ordered it 20 minutes before picking it up. The pizza was poorly put together. Read more
Came here back in July, 2018. This was the very first time I had tried Blaze Pizza! I must tell you, it was something alright!... The staff were kind, the price was good & the food was absolutely delicious! I really like how they make the pizza right infront of you & it unlimited toppings!!!. I'd come back here again for sure! Only place that I found so far in California that had dine in, so that was nice. Keto pizza was okay but wasn?t really my thing.... The white sauce pizza was good. The place was nice, had a nice color scheme. They seemed pretty busy and it took a long time fora little salad to come out. Overall, good but not great or amazing pizza. 3 stars for the customer service, clean bathrooms, clean tables and atmosphere. Unfortunately the pizza was lacking. 4 out of... our 6 pizzas were burnt, and not a little. One pizza didn?t have the cheese melted and was obviously pulled out early. My crusttasted like an unsalted saltine. It was also incredibly greasy. We are back to Mods Pizza with regrets for straying from our goto pizza place. Read more
