Got here at 8pm on Sunday night, and I went to wash my hands. Someone had vomited in one of the two sinks, and the restaurant... staff had covered it with an opaque plastic bag. I told our waitress that the bathroom was nasty dirty. When we left at 9:15 pmthe sink was untouched. Absolutely unacceptable, especially post COVID. They were obviously understaffed, with nearly a dozentables that needed to be bussed. The food took too long as well. One item at a time for a table of five, over a 30 minuteperiod. Wish we had gone somewhere else. I'll never eat at this Wild Wings location again, you should probably avoid it as well. Read more
I usually love their wings, but happy hour was super busy this day, there might have been 3 waiters in the entire restaurant,... which I can understand... but then our order was wrong & remaking it meant it took a full hr before we ate. It wasdisappointing. We couldn't even order drinks during our wait because our waitress was so busy...not her fault but...not ourseither. Read more
This location is in need of hiring better wait staff and possibly management. There was only one cook for the entire restraunt ... during lunch. The one waitress was in need of assistance. The restrooms were dirty and appeared to have been that way for a longtime. The food was the only good part of our experience. Read more
To be fair most of our visits are a hit or miss. Service has declined but the quality of food rarely hasn't. Although yesterday... the quality of food was on the lower end of stats. We were informed there were only 2 cooks, but there wasn't a packed house sowe stayed. Our waitress let us know she was new, so we were had super patience. At the end we still left her a decent tip, but,probably will not visit them especially when they tell us they are short staff. Def felt the lack of quality. Read more
I ordered the bird dogs online. Waited for the ping to say come get your food. Never happened I finally just went in. My food... was on the rack. Fries were cold, hard & burnt. Chicken was to small to be considered hot dog bun size. Chicken was also dry &overdone. Getting ppl on the phone that day seemed like a hard task so I had to just bite the bullet & take the lose of thismeal. Not to mention this was my lunch break & by time I actually got my food I had maybe 7 mins left & was wildly disappointedin the fact that I chose BWW as my food of choice. Read more
First time here and honestly was disappointed at the flavors. The variety was great but my goodness the salf content was too... much. I don't know if it's normal for them to put so much but all I tasted was salt in every flavor. Took the joy of eating out.I won't be going to Buffalo to wild wings again. Great place for alcohol but if you want to really try wings, go elsewhere. Read more
The food is incredible, the service is outstanding, but everytime I come here the bathroom looks like this...This is inexcusable... and flat out DISGUSTING!!! There's urine all over the floor, making it VERY slippery, the smell is atrocious. I had to wipe myfeet OUTSIDE of the restroom. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! They weren't lying about the bad service. Food was good waitress was nice but was too swamped. Lady manager was just hanging out... talking at the bar not doing nothing the entire visit. Came on Sat 12/3 at 3pm Read more
