I went to pick up my pizza that the pizza tracker app said was done. Apparently it wasn't when I got there. They were fully... staffed but very slow to get to the counter to help customers coming in. After 10 minutes of waiting, I could see a stack thatlooked like it was waiting to be picked up. I went to the counter, waited for someone to come help. After about 2 minutessomeone finally asked if they could help. I give my name and it still took another 2-3 minutes to find my order that had beensitting there for 10+ minutes. I'm not sure what they were all doing. It looked like they were making pizzas etc. but they arenot very good at finding the ones already made. Oh and the staff was pretty blase' about everything. I ordered a Chicken, bacon, ranch and added mushrooms. I received a mushroom only pizza. They would not send me a new one cause... we ate some of our dinner. Plus they wanted me to bring to them after I paid for delivery. REALLY! Read more
Pizza itself is good. We go here from time to time as my kids like this pizza. Service is always late. Friday nights are... horrible. You need to wait for over an hour to get your pizza. No one at the register almost all the time. You need to wait for5 minutes or more for someone to attend you. The staff is really busy and I feel they are trained to avoid eye contact eventhough they pass through the register several times. Read more
This place here on 11th st in tracy needs better management and better employee training..First issue (out of a handful in just... this visit) I had received a text that my order was ready for pick up and when I get there, 1 I'm not acknowledged and nexteveryone is on there phones!!!(cell phones)..once I'm finally acknowledged I'm told that my pizza have yet to be put in theoven ?? I informed the employee that i had received text that my order was ready for pick up but he ignored me and stated itwould be about 10 minutes..while I'm waiting the pizza cook has about 5 pizzas sitting out (getting cold) and none of the otheremployees are helping him..what a poor experience..No wonder this franchise is hurting. Wow I've never seen a pizza so unappetizing, looks like they made it completely blind-folded, missing cheese and toppings on a... couple large areas and wasn't cut all the way through..awful. Read more
It was my first time at this Domino?s location. We ordered seven pizzas for my son?s birthday through the mobile app. They were... all correctly made on time. I chose Carside Delivery and an employee carried all the boxes to my car within two minutes ofchecking in on the app. Impressive! They also included a free medium cheese pizza in my order that I noticed after going home. Icannot speak to the in store dining experience though. I?d definitely get pizza from them again. Read more
Ordered on line, the person who took the order didn't write the order right. Gave us a burnt pizza, the special order was just... cheese with out the sauce that was asked for. Read more
