Funny that they replied to this, but didn't answer the phone the 3 days I called and called and called because they gave me... food poisoning by giving me a rancid jumbojack because the mayo went bad !!! This store has kind of gone downhill, the employees are super friendly and very giving, but they can't seem to get the order... right. Every time I go there, I get home to realize I'm missing something from my order. The food quality is still there, justbe sure to check your bag before you go. Inventory your order or you may be heading back out verses settling down to eat. Read more
Staff really needs to practice active listening. I?ve been there several times to get an iced coffee with caramel and I always... ask to please only put 3 pumps of the caramel and they always end up putting 6. I ordered the bacon , egg, ham breakfast sandwich and hash brown. The drive thru way fast and pretty empty at 4pm. My cashier... was polite and my food was fast but greasy! Still good and I enjoyed the taste so I was pretty satisfied. Read more
I used to enjoy coming here with my husband very often but have noticed that the store been temporarily closed quite often... mainly in the night hours. I found this sign once posted outside of this store on the drive thru outdoor metal circular trashcan blocking the entrance to the drive thru multiple times. I have made complaints thru jack in the box thru the app and havenever heard back from anyone. I can understand if the restaurant is understaffed and that is fine but can you please update allhous to not say 24/7 when that is a lie and false advertising. Quite honestly someone could sue you for doing this. Change thehours on the app, outside the store, and online on Google please. Don't like being sidelined at night when I cone expecting fora business to open when it is not. Haven't come back to thus location since it has become in mind unreliable to be opened tohours specified. Read more
