Trash Location. Getting tired of giving negative reviews from everywhere in Tracy. Always incorrect on the order and more often... lately the food isn't warm like it's been sitting around. Eat at your own risk because the workers have zero care for the safetyof the customers, care for their job, or work ethics in general. Horrible experience!! The waiting time inside the restaurant was more than 30 minutes. Wrong orders were given very often.... There was a lot of not nice screaming inside of the kitchen. They kept skipping my order and many were not taken to curbsidepick up. Also when I finally got my food, it was open, cold and just thrown in bags. Read more

Ordered a big mac requesting no onions or pickles. I was served a sandwich with the top patty completely missing. Literally bun... with nothing in between, then bun with patty, cheese etc. How the fkkk do you forget to put a hamburger patty on a sandwich? Oh,and they served my sandwich with onions and pickles. After Six years of living down the street from this location and constantly giving it a another chance... location has only... gotten worse. I mean it's McDonalds so don't expect much but the quality is consistently lacking. Buns always hard around theedges "stale". Inconsistant sauce and cooking of meat... You know it's bad when the kids don't even finish their burger orchicken nuggets. Im not one to complain, but every time we give this place a shot they give us a reason no to go back. I never give reviews in less the service was above and beyond or the absolute worst! I cannot believe MacDonalds employs people... that behave the way these CLOWNS did tonight???? I went through the drive through and ordered a filet of fish light on thetarter sauce and a small fry no salt. The young lady repeated my order 3x. I get my food SALT all over the fries???? so I say?wait a minute these fries have salt, I asked for no salt? she says ? oh it?s because the bin where we keep the fries has salt?Ok so that means you will need to make me some fresh fries and clean out the bin so there is no salt! She asked me to pull tothe side so I decided to check my sandwich and OMG ( see photo attached) someone went out of the way to add extra tarter sauceor mayonnaise to my sandwich as if my order was a personal attack or offensive to them!!! I asked for the manager, I showed herthe mess I was served and her response was to ask if I wanted them to remake it! WHAT!!!!???? I want my money back, I had torepeat that more than twice. She disappeared and I had to wait over 20 min to get my money back. This place is HORRIBLE theentire staff is 12 years old! I will be reaching out to the district manager for that location !!! More then once this place has messed up my order and this time was no different i did a mobile order got there and checked in. I... waited like 25 mins for them to bring out my order and when they finally brought out my order it was missing half of it. Soafter telling the guy what was missing he said he would be right out .... Another 10 mins later I decided to walk in and seewhat was going on and they had no idea what I was missing what I needed so I told them and finally got the rest of my foodanother 10 mins later so by the time I got home everything was cold and gross it was a waist for 46$ will not be eating thereagain . ????
