I ordered here through GrubHub and the driver brought me somebody else's order and GrubHub refused to issue a refund even though... they were at fault. I called Panera and explained the situation and the manager (David I believe) was so kind and offered toremake my meal for me even though he didn't have to and it wasn't their fault. I love the Panera subscription for my coffee but man these people ALWAYS get my simple coffee order wrong lol just an iced... coffee with 5 half and half on the side, and they always put it in the coffee. Arrived at Panera at 8:53 pm and employee said they were closed even though hours said 9pm. Employee said drive thru was still... open. Went to drive thru and now that was closed as well. Will not give this Panera any future business. Manager, Dahllia,was rude. Read more
Such a happy place! All the workers were very kind and knowledgeable. Food was great ! I had a steak and white cheddar sandwich... and Mac n cheese. Both were delightful. I took home a Orange and Cranberry muffin???? Read more
My review is not on the food but the accuracy of ordering online and recivieng incorrect order. I don't order out much and my... first time trying Panera, my order was innacurate I ordered onion soup and received broccoli cheddar, by the time I noticed Iwas home and was trying to call the restaurant to let them know but no one answered the phone. When I picked my order up it wasempty there so no excuse to not answer phone. With gas prices the way they are I do not have the time to waste going if they donot even answer the phone. I understand how hard it is to work in the food service game. I arrived to a understaffed Panerai bread location with a staff... overwhelmed with a high demand of food. If your reading this then you know how great this place is, but under unforseencircumstances they made a mistake this time. They didn't try to justify or argue with me they owned up to it. this location hasmy up most respect. Great work!!! I will always keep eating at Panerai bread. It?s a bit pricey but it?s worth the money ????
Went here today for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and came out quickly. We each had Pick 2... Meals. I had an Asian Salad and 1/2 Chicken Salad w/ Almond Sandwich (see pictures below). Our other meal was a bowl of FrenchOnion Soup and 1/2 Veggie Sandwich. Read more
